This project included the construction of a condominium complex in Shipbottom, Long Beach Island, NJ, featuring a striking design intended to evoke memories of the large turn-of-the-century New Jersey boardwalk hotels. Each unit has a generous open floor plan consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining areas, and a 200 square-foot private deck. The scope of work also included common spaces such as a tiki bar, swimming pool, and hot tub. Additionally, the building was constructed to sit on stilts with parking and storage underneath.
